		<description>much-needed modern etiquette....however, I absolutely disagree with point #7.  Almost everyone I know has a home phone and a cell phone.  To try to contact someone on the home line and leave a message is in my opinion much more polite than trying to chase someone down on their cell phone... unless of course you know the person very well, or it's an emergency.  My pet peave is being called on my cell phone for trivial matters from people I hardly know---which is why I rarely give out my number anymore.  just had to vent...</description>
